We found Toni at Anytime K9 on yelp when we adopted our 7 month old puppy. We took the 5-week "Puppy Pre-school." Before we started we were completely frustrated with our dog's behavior. She was chewing on our hands and our furniture and we didn't know how to make her stop...nothing was working! The classes are small. There were 3 other dogs in our class. Toni would introduce each command by demonstrating with one of our dogs. It is amazing to see her take a dog who has no idea how to "stay, "down," etc and have it do that command within a few minutes! She was very attentive to our individual dog's needs, and let us all know that we can call or email her if concerns arrive now that the class is over. Anytime K9 has a facebook page where you can see pictures of the dogs in their graduation caps and gowns, and Toni posts helpful tips about dog ownership.

Hello! I wanted to send you all a big thank you for introducing us to Murphy (formally Crosby) and helping him become part of our family. Murphy has adjusted very well with us both and has really become a great addition to our family.

The little fighting issues that we were seeing in the first few months haven't happened in a long time and he is enjoying lots of time at the dog park. Yesterday he was at the park with 4 big dogs, two he didn't know, and was having grand time romping and playing nice.

Jim and I hosted Thanksgiving this year with 12 adults and 2 very small children. Murphy was a huge hit! He was gentle with the kids and several of the adults wanted to take him home because they loved his gentle and friendly demeanor.

We are even easing him off the halty a lot these days as he is very responsive to us when walking.

Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that you did a great job with this little guy, he's really a super dog. Thank you all for working with him and helping us connect with him.

Avi is great. My dog just completed puppy preschool and has learned a ton. When I first researched Anytime K9, all of the reviews on Yelp were for Toni, unfortunately all of Toni's obedience classes were booked. Avi had openings in his classes, but I was hesitant since there was no information online about Avi. Toni reassured me by letting me know that Avi trained under her for 2 years and although he had worked with private clients, this was the first time he would be teaching a group class. I was still hesitant, but then Avi contacted me. He asked if my dog was good off leash with other dogs (a requirement for group obedience classes). When I said I didn't know he offered to come to the dog park and give us a free consultation. After meeting Avi in person, I no longer had any hesitations. Also, I was very impressed with both Avi's and Toni's customer service. I recommend Avi to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about Avi and Anytime K9. We rescued our first dog, Beric, in January from Lucky Dog (a fantastic rescue group, btw!). By February, we realized that our little guy had more serious issues than we could handle on our own, including severe separation anxiety and other resource guarding behaviors. Before we even met Avi in person, he took the time to help us better understand these issues over the phone, and I knew that we were in good hands. Avi then went out of his way to make time and come to our house for training sessions. Meeting Avi in person, it is clear that he truly loves dogs and is passionate about dog training. He is a great teacher, and his advice always makes sense (even to new dog owners). In just a few sessions, he gave us the tools and knowledge we need to implement his suggestions on our own. We have worked hard with Avi over the past several months, and we have seen incredible progress - it is obvious that Beric is a happier, less anxious dog who is much more comfortable in his own skin. We are now able to leave him home alone while we're at work, which is a huge victory for a dog who started to shake and drool with anxiety if we even left the room. Almost as important as the victories are Avi's responses to the inevitable setbacks. Our Classes

Workshop Details

Classes are 5 weeks in length and about 1 hour long with the exception of Fun with Agility which is 45 minutes long. For Puppy Preschool, your pup needs to have all distemper and bordetella vaccinations, so please check with your vet. For Never Too Late and Fun with Agility, a complete set of up-to-date vaccinations are required.  If you are interested in taking the class please go to our website and fill out a group class agreement and email it to this email address. You can pay for the class directly from the Anytimek9 website. Once I have received your agreement and payment, you are secured a spot.

K9 Chorus Line will include 4 group class sessions with a professional dance instructor at All2dance.

Puppy Preschool

Get your puppy off on the right paw with Puppy Preschool. For puppies 12 weeks to 11 months of age. This course will include introduction to basic cues (sit, sit-stay, down, down-stay, leave it, and settle/"go to your bed"), relationship-forming games, socialization with people and other dogs, and housebreaking.

Never Too Late

Specifically designed for puppies over 11 months and adult dogs that have no previous training. This course focuses on basic commands (sit, sit-stay, down, down-stay, leave it, and settle/"go to your bed"), good manners (polite greetings) and introductions to recalls/"come."

Fun With Agility

This fun filled class is approximately 60 minutes in length with time dedicated to both basic training and agility training. Your dog will be introduced to agility

Middle School Marvels

All the skills learned in Preschool or Never Too Late perfected with distraction. All classes are held outside.

Wilson Workshop

This course focuses on problem solving such as jumping, nipping, begging, excessive barking, inappropriate chewing, digging and housetraining. Classes scheduled individually. Flexible meeting times are available between 9AM - 7PM Tuesday through Friday.

Adopting a Rescue Dog

A three week course specifically designed for those who plan to adopt a rescue dog within two weeks or have already rescued their new companion within the past two weeks. Week one is for humans only and discusses dog commitments; how to choose the right dog for you, your family and your lifestyle; important information for successfully introducing your new companion into its furever home; and common problems encountered with new rescues. Weeks two and three are for both dogs and humans and will cover, building trust, leadership exercises, socialization exercises as well as safety with children.

K9 Chorus Line

Come bond with your K9 family member while dancing and showing off their newly learned tricks. It's fitness and and fun for you and your dog. Learn choreography that keeps you tapping your toes and your dog moving their paws. Dancing with your dog is a new and exciting way to exercise and keep you and your four-legged friend in shape.
